The current study aimed at: identifying concept of entrepreneurship culture, its objectives, importance, characteristics, and requirements for promoting entrepreneurship culture in technical secondary schools, the relationship between entrepreneurship culture and the culture of digital transformation, and identifying the reality of entrepreneurship culture in technical secondary schools, and identifying the opinion of experts regarding the promotion of entrepreneurial culture in technical secondary schools in light of the requirements of the culture of digital transformation, And reaching a forward-looking vision to promote a culture of entrepreneurship in technical High schools in light of the requirements of a culture of digital transformation, The study used the descriptive approach based on a questionnaire for technical high school students and another for technical secondary school teachers, In addition to using the future foresight approach by applying it to a sample of professional and academic experts using the Delphi method with its three rounds, The study population consisted of all students, teachers and principals of technical secondary schools in Sohag Governorate, and the study sample consisted of (1000) technical secondary school students, (500) teachers of technical secondary schools, and (33) academic and professional experts, To process the data, the statistical package (SPSS) was used for statistical analysis. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were: There are statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 between the responses of the study sample - teachers - about the level of entrepreneurship culture in technical high schools in the light of the requirements of digital transformation culture according to the school variable in favor of principals and teachers of industrial technical high schools, There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 between the responses of the study sample - students - about the level of entrepreneurship culture in technical high schools in the light of the requirements of digital transformation culture according to the school variable, According to the assessment of the sample members of academic and professional experts for the requirements of promoting entrepreneurial culture in technical secondary schools in the light of the requirements of the culture of digital transformation, the requirement of striving towards building an integrated entrepreneurial personality came in the first place with a general average value of (2.9), while the requirement for developing research and analysis skills of Students are in the fifth and final position with a general average value of (2.3), In light of its results, the study presented an Orientalist vision.
