Abstract Heat stress is one of the most important environmental challenges to the promising poultry industry in tropical and subtropical areas. HS disrupts the physiological conditions of the birds. In adaptation to this environmental challenge, the bird gave different responses to HS. These responses range from pain to death and include weight decrease, a lowering in feed consumption, an increase in water utilization, impairment of antioxidant status as a result of oxidative reaction acceleration, drooping in immunoglobulin circulation, and an increase in the expression of HSP70. |
