The use of educational platforms in the educational field has become a tan-gible reality. Therefore, it was necessary for societies to keep pace with this devel-opment and to employ modern technologies effectively in training teachers on how to benefit from these developments, and to search for new methods to confront dif-ficulties and obstacles that may affect educational technology. Therefore, educa-tional platforms appeared to help teachers and learners to practice education any-where. At any time and at the lowest cost.
The knowledge age is based at the present time on an attempt to employ techno-logical technological innovations in all areas of life. Technological innovations paved the way for the growth of knowledge societies, and contributed to their development and indicated their advancement. And new practices to keep pace with successive global developments in order to achieve the requirements of quality in education, which is considered the core of the educational system and a solid basis for raising its efficiency and advancement (17: 57).
And the world at the beginning of this century witnessed tremendous progress in the field of technology. These changes helped in the emergence of many patterns and methods of education, especially in the field of individual or self-education, in which the learner proceeds according to his ability, ability, speed of learning, and according to his previous experiences and skills, and with the advent of the technological revolution that It made the world a small village, the need for ex-changing experiences with others increased, and the student’s need for rich multi-source environments for research and self-development, so the concept of e-learning and e-learning appeared, which is a method of education in delivering information to the learner based on modern computer technologies, the global information network, and network-based learning environments Social. (5:2)
Teaching methods are considered one of the main pillars in the aspects of the educa-tional process, as it is a tool for linking between the teacher and the learner, through which the teacher transfers: information, knowledge and ideas to the students and acquires them a lot of skills and concepts in order to improve and develop their level of performance and achieve the desired goals of the teaching process (2:26).
E-learning is more comprehensive than just a set of courses that are offered through websites, and it goes beyond that to the processes through which the entire learning process is managed, including student logging in, tracking their progress, recording data, and preparing reports on their performance. Head of computer sys-tems for managing e-learning processes, known as Learning Management System (LMS), which is
Programs designed to help manage, implement, and evaluate all learning activities in educational institutions. (10:69)
Electronic educational platforms are one of the types and methods of modern tech-nology in the teaching and learning process, an interactive educational environment that employs web technology and combines the features of electronic content man-agement systems with Facebook social networks, tension and enables teachers to publish lessons and goals, set assignments and implement educational activities, and communicate with teachers through Multiple techniques, dividing students into working groups, helping to exchange ideas and opinions between teachers and stu-dents, and sharing scientific content, which helps achieve high-quality educational outcomes. (18: 125)
Osama Abd al-Latif Muhammad (2003) believes that the curricula were also affected by their appearance, and this influence included the objectives, content, activities, presentation and presentation methods of these curricula, and methods of evalua-tion, and the acquisition of students’ self-learning skills and instilling a love of knowledge and its acquisition in the era of the knowledge explosion has become one of the main goals of the curriculum, and that its employment in teacher preparation programs has become an urgent requirement that is justified by evidence and evi-dence when considering the nature of the era in which we live on the one hand, and when considering it as a requirement for education of the era on the other hand, clear imprints have been placed on the education system in general, and on The teacher preparation program in particular is a force that is difficult to stop, affecting positively or negatively in every aspect of the educational process. 4): 222)
Scientific progress has become an indicator of the sophistication and progress of so-ciety and its approach to the levels of highly advanced societies, as the scientific and societal movement depends mainly on the extent of the development of the educa-tional system and the quality of its institutions with all its entrances and axes, which are the source of science, thought and culture for any society, and it is the basic means capable of destroying and overcoming stereotypes. prevailing in society, and on the basis of the possibility of the educational system towards reshaping society in the form of a contemporary lifestyle and its tangible results towards maintaining the civilized level of this society. (48:254)
Waleed Youssef Muhammad (2014) believes that social networks represent one of the applications of the second generation of the Web 2.00, which most Internet users have embraced. to gain experiences, and these networks enable their users to gather in
Social entities are similar to real entities in the so-called work groups, and therefore social web networks have become an important and influential educational resource, as they have contributed to creating an interactive environment among the participants and each other, in addition to representing an environment through which the rate of availability of electronic content on the Internet can be increased, especially with The emergence of specialized educational social networks that can be employed and used as a basic environment for education. (73:2)
Field and track competitions are one of the most important manifestations of physi-cal activities, and the natural movements practiced by man since the beginning of creation, whose performance was represented in the movements of running, jump-ing and throwing. It is also one of the aspects of judging the progress of societies. (:5138(
Health culture is defined as a process that raises health awareness by providing the individual with information and experiences with the aim of influencing his knowledge, tendencies, and behavior in terms of his health and the health of the community in which he lives. 3:9)
The problem of the study lies in the fact that in light of the tremendous technological development and various technologies, it has become one of the most prominent challenges facing academics and university lecturers is to reach the best available methods that enable them to transfer knowledge to students and facilitate the edu-cational process by taking advantage of these different technologies. One of these advanced technologies that contribute to e-learning until it has become within the reach of many, followed by the effective and good use of these different technolo-gies in the development of education, and mobile education is one of the most im-portant e-learning applications that have been able to establish their foundations and spread quickly and deeply, and the Edmodo educational platform has been able to benefit Among its advantages and characteristics to support the educational pro-cess in addition to the recommendations made by many studies such as: The study of Euler et al. Oyelere & Etal (2016) (94) and Hursen (2018) (90) Maryam Muhammad Ibrahim Omran (2019 (61)), all of which recommended the necessity of conducting more experiments in using the Edmodo platform as one of the modern technologies in the educational process and on the other hand and from During the investigation, the researcher found that there is a dearth of studies that dealt with the importance of using the Edmodo platform in the sports field in general, and there were no stud-ies in the field of athletics, which were used by the Edmodo platform in mobile education.
The researcher believes that the success of the physical education teacher in teach-ing physical education depends on the extent to which the teacher acquires techno-logical teaching skills through the various courses he teaches, and teaching is consid-ered a complex process that requires multiple skills to complete its tasks. Field train-ing for the teacher is the actual applied field that works on refining and developing the teacher’s abilities necessary for him to undertake the profession of teaching physical education.
And through the previous presentation, which emphasized the importance of us-ing technological innovations and keeping pace with technological progress in all ar-eas of life, the success of the educational process depends on the level of the teach-er’s capabilities, his preparation and his possession of modern technological skills in teaching that enables him to plan, implement and evaluate the teaching process ef-ficiently and with a high capacity that reaches the point of creativity and innovation, in light of The researcher worked as a physical education instructor, and by following up physical education teachers in schools, the researcher noticed a low level of tech-nological teaching skills among physical education teachers, due to their use of tradi-tional means (explanation and indoctrination), which prompted the researcher to conduct his study, in which he dealt with the use of interactive educational platforms and their impact on Learning some athletics competitions and health culture among the students of the second cycle of basic education in North Sinai Governorate.
