Tennis is considered one of the games in most countries of the civilized world, and it has also become a curriculum for study in faculties of education and institutes of education.
And this game deserves to give youth, vitality and maintain physical fitness, as it shows, which shows the true ability of the player in terms of business, skill, tactical and mental.
And Sameh Abdel-Muttalib (2006 AD) mentioned: The tennis game as we know it today appeared in France, where it was known that it was an imported game, and it spread to the rest of the European countries and entered a sport, the sport of tennis in the United Arab Emirates, as it was considered the first in its land. He sponsors tennis, and the Egyptian International Championship was organized in 1907 at Al-Jazira Club, before the establishment of the Egyptian Tennis Federation in 1920 AD
Nasser Abu Zaid (2005 AD) mentioned: Countries seek to pay attention to athletes in order to obtain the best results, and then to obtain medals in international championships. Gouda, Alfat Hilal (2003 AD) reminds that tennis is a game that is distinguished as a global sport, and it is one of the most beautiful and most widespread and popular racket sports. It is a sport suitable for all ages and also suitable for both sexes. It is practiced all over the world throughout the year. Free time at the international level for both sexes and for different ages, whether through practice or viewing.
2/1 The problem of the research:
The Arab Republic of Egypt has been interested in the tennis game, especially in recent times, as the Egyptian Tennis Federation has been organizing many international tournaments and inviting many international players and players to come to Egypt and participate in these tournaments.
Egypt has become the first in Africa in terms of the number of international weeks it organizes annually
The main and most important element of the success of tennis tournaments is arbitration, as in all other sports
In order for the referees to do their work to the fullest, there must be satisfaction and conviction among the referees with what the referees charge financially, and also be convinced and aware of the rules and regulations of the federation organizing the game, and also there must be a good relationship between the referees and the main committee of the referees, which represents the referees before the federation.
Hence, it came to the mind of the researcher to study that relationship between the tennis referees and the federation representing the game, the rules and regulations set by the federation, the material return that the referees charge for arbitration, and the role of that in reaching the referees to a state of satisfaction that returns positively to the game as a whole .
3/1 The objectives of the research
This current research aims to identify the following dimensions
1- Satisfaction with the nature of the tennis courts.
2- Satisfaction with the material return from tennis arbitration
3- Satisfaction with the status of tennis arbitration in society
4- Satisfaction with the management of the main committee of tennis referees
5- Satisfaction with the regulations and laws of tennis
6- Job satisfaction is about judging tennis to performance.
4/1 The methodology of the research
1- Are the referees satisfied with the nature of our tennis courts?
2- Is the judge satisfied with the financial reward from tennis judging?
3- Is the referees satisfaction with the tennis arbitration in the community?
4- Is there satisfaction on The main committee of referees?
5- Are the judges satisfied with the tennis rules?
6- Is there a correlation between job satisfaction and performance of referees?
5/1 Research hypotheses
1- The referees are satisfied with the nature of their tennis courts.
2- There is a referee dissatisfied with the financial reward of judging tennis.
3- There is a state of satisfaction among the referees about the venue of tennis arbitration in the community.
4- There is some dissatisfaction with the judges on the main committee of tennis referees.
5- Tennis judges are dissatisfied with the tennis rules and regulations.
6- It is on a slow card between job satisfaction and the judges performance level.

The research community consists of (118) tennis referees in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and (36) international referees, and (82) local referees, with a total of (98) referees

8/1/1 conclusions
1- There is a positive relationship between satisfaction with the nature of work in tennis arbitration and performance level
2- The material return that the referees receive for arbitration is not in line with the economic changes that the country is going through and is not satisfactory to the referees and negatively affects the performance of the arbitral referees.
3- There is a positive relationship between satisfaction with the status of tennis in society and the level of performance of the referees.
4- The level of performance of the main committee of tennis referees does not satisfy the referees, their requirements, and their aspirations for the future
5- The administrative regulations for tennis referees are not in line with modern changes in society and need to be changed periodically
6- Working in the field of tennis arbitration opens up new fields for referees to work in the field of sports, especially for referees who do not work in any field other than tennis arbitration.
8/1/2 recommendations
1- Changing the financial regulations for tennis referees and proposing a new financial regulations that meet the needs of the referees and commensurate with modern economic changes and reviewing the financial regulations on a regular basis
2- Reconsidering the selection of the members of the main committee of referees to be elected instead of being commissioned by the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Tennis Federation
3- Reconsidering the administrative regulations for referees, which are no longer in line with the aspirations of referees and recent changes in the laws and regulations of tennis
4- Assigning a member of the Tennis Referees Committee to the Competitions Committee of the Tennis Federation, which is responsible for setting the schedule for local championships and club league competitions and setting the sports agenda throughout the year.
5- A mechanism was put in place to insure tennis referees who do not work in a field other than tennis arbitration
6- Provision of appropriate uniforms for tennis referees from the Egyptian Tennis Federation
7- Holding meetings at the end of the year for the referees with the main committee of referees to find out the tasks and achievements completed by the main committee of referees for the benefit of the referees.
8- Holding polishing courses for referees to review the laws and find out about recent developments in the laws of tennis. The dates will be announced before the beginning of the year.
