المستخلص This Research aimed to know the impact of transformational leadership on the agility of the workforce, an applied study on the employees of the office of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. A survey list was prepared by the researcher for the purpose of collecting data on the study variables that represent transformational leadership and workforce agility, and the researcher relied to test the stability and validity of the survey list Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, and he used both Pearson’s correlation coefficient and the multiple regression method for the purpose of analyzing the field study data. The researcher reached several results embodied in the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the dimensions of workforce agility, in addition to the presence of a significant effect of the dimensions of transformational leadership (individual consideration, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, ideal influence) on each dimension of the agility of forces. workers (proactivity, adaptability, perseverance), as well as the absence of significant differences between the opinions of the respondents under study according to their demographic variables (gender, age, marital status, level of education, level of employment). |
