Abstract
This research aims to propose information content for cyber risk disclosure and to test the impact of such disclosure on investor‘s judgment; especially regarding any changes in company‘s stock price. This will be done through defining the nature of cyberspace, cyber security and cyber Risk, the nature of the new version of cyber risk, mechanisms of attack, propagation of cyber risk, and also its mitigation measures will be illustrated.
