The international sale contract is one of the most common contracts in international trade transactions, and only Mukaber denies this. where commercial activity is often carried out on the basis of a sale contract that is accompanied by some other complementary contracts such as: transportation and insurance, and with the development of the international sale contract of goods, especially in the field of international trade, international efforts have tended to unify its provisions, and therefore the problem of perishing liability lies in this contract, as there is no Legislation dealt with the sale contract, but exposed to the problem of perishing, because the two parties may conclude their own sale contract, and postpone the implementation for another period, during which the sale is prepared and prepared, except that during this period the thing sold is likely to be destroyed or damaged, due to some unexpected accidents that are not due to the seller or the buyer, as it may perish. Goods are destroyed or destroyed while on their way to the buyer, or while on their way to the port from which they will be transported. The problem becomes more important when it arises in a contract related to the sale of goods across the border, which is concluded between parties separated by long distances and residing in different destinations from each other. And the goods with it are exposed to the risks of loss or loss, such as: fire, theft, or breakage, and at other times the goods may be left on the dock at the shipping port for a long period until they are placed on the means that will transfer them to the buyer, or they are transported by more than one means of transportation. Which makes it vulnerable to more risks.
