المستخلص هدفت الدراسة تعرف فعالية كل من العلاج المعرفي السلوكي والعلاج بالمعنى، في خفض اضطراب المزاج الدوري لدى الطالبات المراهقات، وذلك لدى عينة تكونت من (24) طالبة جامعية، تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (18-20) عامًا بمتوسط عمري (19.02) عامًا وانحراف معياري (1.3)، حيث تكونت المجموعة التجريبية الأولى من (12) طالبة، والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية من (12) طالبة، وتم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة وهي: مقياس اضطراب المزاج الدوري (السيكلوثيميا) (إعداد: الباحثة)، وبرنامج العلاج المعرفي السلوكي (إعداد: الباحثة)، وبرنامج العلاج بالمعنى (إعداد: الباحثة). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى فعالية كل من العلاج المعرفي السلوكي والعلاج بالمعنى في خفض اضطراب المزاج الدوري لدى عينة الدراسة، وكذلك استمرارية فعالية البرنامجين في خفض اضطراب المزاج الدوري بعد فترة المتابعة ومدتها شهران. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلاج المعرفي السلوكي - العلاج بالمعنى – السيكلوثيميا – المراهقات. Zizi Elsayed Ibrahim Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology Faculty of Arts, Fayoum University The study aimed to know the effectiveness of both cognitive-behavioral therapy and meaning therapy in reducing cyclothymia among teenage female students, in a sample consisting of (24) university students, whose ages ranged between (18-20) years, with an average age of (19.02) years and a standard deviation. (1.3), where the first experimental group consisted of (12) female students, and the second experimental group consisted of (12) female students, and the study tools were applied, namely: the cyclothymia measure (prepared by: the researcher), and the cognitive behavioral therapy program (prepared by: The researcher), and the meaning therapy program (prepared by: the researcher). The results of the study revealed the effectiveness of both cognitive-behavioral therapy and meaning therapy in reducing cyclothymia in the study sample, as well as the continuity of effectiveness of the two programs in reducing cyclothymia after a two-month follow-up period.
