Abstract ”Metatarsus Adductus ” is a term used to describe a clinical deformity of forefoot adduction and a relatively common congenital foot deformity. We used a grading system for evaluating the results depending on clinical (pain, forefoot adduction deformity, tolerability to foot wears /orthoses, and patient / parents satisfaction), and radiographic (metatarsus adductus angle, anterior talo-calcaneal angle, anterior talo-first metatarsal angle, calcaneo-fifth metatarsal angle) criteria. |
