Abstract The presence of anti-nutritional factors (ANFs), in soybean meals (SBM) is considered as the main questioner that motivates poultry feed industry for developing its traditional processing techniques. Applying double stages microbial fermentation of SBM utilizing Asperigillus oryzae and Bacillus subtilis were proofed to be highly effective method in eradication of most ANFs simultaneous with improving its protein and amino acids content. Inclusion of double fermented soybean meal (DFSBM) in broiler’s ration triggered better feed efficiency, nutrient digestibility and amino acids transporters that improved the bird’s weight gain and muscle nutritional value. |
