The study aimed to identify the level of self-management, psychological immunity and orientation towards the future among a sample of industrial secondary school students, and to reveal the nature of the relationship between self-management and psychological immunity and orientation towards the future among the members of the study sample, and to know the differences in the level of self-management and psychological immunity and orientation towards the future according to the gender variable (males - females) among the members of the study sample, and the study sample consisted of 481 male and female students from industrial secondary schools, by 281 males and 200 females, where Their ages ranged from 16-17 years, with an average age of 16.58 years and a standard deviation of 0.492, and the study tools included the self-management scale (prepared by the researcher) and the psychological immunity scale (Ahmed and Qarni, 2017) and the future orientation scale (prepared by the researcher), and the results of the study reached a high level of self-management, psychological immunity and orientation towards the future among industrial secondary school students, and the existence of a statistically significant positive correlation between self-management, psychological immunity, self-management and orientation towards The future at the level of significance 0.01, there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the scale of self-management in the dimensions of ”good planning and emotion management” in favor of males, and in the dimensions of ”time management, self-control and self-evaluation” in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the psychological immunity scale in the dimensions of ”psychological resilience and positive confrontation of life problems and orientation towards the goal”, while there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of males And females in the dimensions of ”willpower, religious orientation and total score” in favor of females, and in the dimension of ”self-confidence” in favor of males, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the scale of orientation towards the future - except for the dimension ”orientation towards the professional future” where there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females in favor of females.
