The aim of this study was to identify the impact of organizational culture on achieving administrative excellence by applying it to the employees in Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security in the United Arab Emirates, The study sample consisted of 282 individuals. The researcher used appropriate statistical methods using spss v.26 software, and the study reached a number of results, including : 1. The existence of a significant correlation between organizational culture and achieving administrative excellence. 2. The existence of a statistically significant impact of organizational culture on all dimensions of administrative excellence.
