Abstract
Patients were planned for boost using four methods; clinically guided, CT seroma guided, US guided and surgical clips guided delineation in the same treatment position. Comparative analysis was done to clarify the differences between them with the clips guided delineation used as comparator. Patients were studied regarding their clinical features (age, menopausal status, side & site of the disease), pathological features (histological type, grade of tumor, tumor{u2019}s least margin, TNM staging & hormonal status) & the base line measures including weight, height, surface area, body mass index, breast separation & breast width. Also time interval from surgery to imaging for planning, grade of seroma & number of surgical clips inserted were taken into consideration
