Abstract This study was conducted to produce organic production of roselle by using Egyptian rock phosphate (20 % P2O5) at 100, 150 and 200 kg/feddan and fledspar (10% K2O) at 250 and 500 kg/ feddan combinations as an alternative for chemical PK fertilizers of calcium super phosphate (15.5% P2O5) and potassium sulphate (48% K2O) at the rates of 150 and 75 kg/fed, respectively. The mixtures were added with or without Bacillus megatherium var. phosphaticum (phosphate solublizing bacteria) and Bacillus mucilaginosus (potassium solublizing bacteria) at 3 L/feddan. Rhizobacterin biofertilizer (a mixture of Azotobacter chroococcum and Azospirillum lipoferum) was added to all treatments at 600 g/ feddan as a source of nitrogen. All the treatments significantly enhanced plant height, number of branches/ plant, leaf area, number of fruits, root length, fresh and dry weights of leaves and roots/plant, and fresh and air dry weights of calyces /plant as well as seed yield/plant and seed oil percentage and seed oil yield/ plant, anthocyanin content and acidity of calyces, total chlorophylls, carotenoids , |
