Abstract
This thesis presents the results of the experimental and analytical study carried out on seven reinforced concrete flanged beams with rectangular web opening subjected to pure torsion to propose suitable design method depends on last researches in addition to extensive parametric study. The parameters of the Experimental Program are: the flange thickness (ts), the flange width (B) and the opening height (ho).The parameters of the parametric study are: the compressive strength of concrete (fcu), the yield stress of longitudinal steel (fy), the beam Web width (b) and number of stirrups per meter
