The Preventive Role of the Social Worker to Awareness the
Vanguards Groups for The Dangers of Electronic Games
Firstly- The problem of the study:
the Vanguards are the youth of the future, and one of the most important
and valuable human resources. For this reason, we find that contemporary
trends in the social and human sciences have agreed on the great
importance of studying the conditions of pioneers, their trends, problems,
values and their basic role in society. And the social surroundings that
surround the issues of the vanguards and their interests, according to the
different social and economic currents in which the phenomena related to
the vanguards are studied.
The practice of electronic games by Vanguards would open up
broad social frameworks for psychological and social integration in
unlimited worlds of conflict, violence and imaginary confrontation, which
are worlds that often have negative social and psychological effects that
affect the overall personality development of the individual user; Which
leads to their isolation from others even inside the home, and this
isolation causes a somewhat lack of family relationships, and affects their
social relationships that arise outside the family framework; Because they
are preoccupied with these electronic games, which makes it difficult for
them to establish friendships with others.
Preventive social work cares for all people to help them prevent problems
that they may face in various areas of human life, although it is also
especially positive for individuals and groups who are more vulnerable to
risks because they are more vulnerable to problems than others. The
distance between them and the problems is narrow, they are often around
the corner from the problems, and therefore priority in work is given to
these individuals and groups.
