Education is one of the most important fields Which receives the
interest of social workers, because it accommodates large numbers of
members of the society, and this is not available in any other field in the
human life, that in addition to the institutions that work in this field, which
are educational institutions of different stages, whose role is not limited to
providing Students with some knowledge that is related to a certain group
of sciences, but their role goes far beyond that, as this role includes
contributing positively to achieving their social maturity.
The school is one of the fields that work on the upbringing of
students with a valid upbringing to create a spirit of self-reliance and the
ability to take responsibility. Its main task is to prepare the student for life
through education and provide him with mental skills. As it also seeks to
achieve health care as well as practical training for the student, which
allowing the discovery of many abilities to be more giving to society.
The school as an educational and educational institution with a social
function has become a society that affects and is affected by the general
society. It includes groups of students that deal with each other to meet
their needs, face their problems, and cooperate with society in order to
achieve pivotal processes of education, upbringing and development.
Social worker strives to prepare students and teach them the different
values through work in the school field, and this work is carried out by
social workers who have been prepared to work in this field, and it seeks to
give them positive attitudes through the programs and the collective
projects which practiced by students at the school.
The social worker is a link between the students and the institution
through the professional relationship with the members of the group so that
he can deliver the services of the institution to the group and its members to
benefit from them in achieving the goals of the group.
To make sure of this, the researcher conducted a survey study on the
most important social values that secondary school students need in the
Kom Ombo Educational Administration (Kom Ombo Secondary School),
where this school includes a number of students as it is a joint school, The
opinion poll was applied to (90) individuals from the original community
of the school.
