Abstract

The aim of this Study is to plan a site-specific framework assess the significance of implementing the ISO 50001 EnMS at Cloverbrook company as a tool for reducing gas emissions and energy consumption.
Through the bills which collected by the researcher for previous three years ago for energy types and environmental emission for the last year (2021) measurements as initial step which guide us with a big problem face cloverbrook company about performance improvement which had two-dimensions energy consumption and environmental emission. and as result of pareto analysis for energy bills show that Gas highest energy consumption, electricity, water and fuel gradually.
The results of the tests for the first main hypothesis before improvement proved its validity, as there are no significant differences between Cloverbrook employees in their perception of the independent variable (Energy Management System) before improvement according to (gender, age, education, job, and experience), and then a program was implemented with intensive training for Cloverbrook employees, based on the scientific material mentioned in the second chapter. The training lasted for three months from (January, February, and March 2021). The company’s sites were also equipped with devices and equipment for the (Energy Management System) system and the training of employees on these devices and equipment were done such that employees are ready and able to apply the (Energy Management System) in the company and make the required improvement.
To test the second main hypothesis, the results of item (a) were reviewed for comparing the perceived values of the independent variable with the results of item (c) for comparing the perceived values of the variable dependent on CLOVERBROOK employees before and after development, which proved the not-correctness of the second main hypothesis, which states that ”there are no a significant relationship between the application of (Energy Management System) and the improvement of (Performance of Organization) in company.
To test the four sub-hypotheses of the second main hypothesis, the results of item (b) related to comparing the perceived values of the four dimensions (Context of Organization, Leadership, Planning, Operations) for the independent variable (Energy Management System) were reviewed with the results of item (c) on
