The current research at The Impact of using artificial intelligence applications in achieving organizational excellence, specifically among employees in commercial banks in the Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher used Online Survey designed on the Google Drive for collecting data from persons under study, and representing artificial intelligence variables (independent variable) and organizational excellence (dependent variable). The researcher used the Alpha Kronbach coefficient to calculate the coefficients of validity and reliability. Additionally, both Pearson’s coefficient and the multi-regression tests to validate research assumptions. The sample size of the study was 291, with a response rate of 100%..Multiple The researcher’s findings were : there was a statistical analysis results indicated a significant correlation between the dimensions of artificial intelligence applications and the dimensions of organizational excellence. The results also showed a significant effect of the dimensions of artificial intelligence applications on the dimensions of organizational excellence. The study recommended providing employees with programs and systems with a detailed description of the nature of their work and related professional practices. And applying and strengthening programs and systems to achieve excellence and speed in performance.
