Abstract
Rectus sheath hematoma is one of the hemorrhagic complications of anticoagulation therapy, especially in pregnant women after caesarean section. We tested the effect of applying Tranexamic acid soaked gelatin sponges in the sub rectus space. It was effective in reducing drainage fluid volume and estimated blood loss volume.
