Abstract Central nervous system (CNS) involvement remains a challenge in the diagnosis and treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system (CNS) infiltration and/or CNS relapse in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) remain challenging. The aim of the study is to assess the relation between the expression of CD79a on B cell ALL and the incidence on CNS III and incidence of relapse moreover to detect the relation between the maker and the overall survival & disease free survival. |
