Abstract
This study was conducted in the cardiothoracic surgery department,
Kasr El-Aini Hospital, Cairo University in the period between Janaury
2020 and March 2022. Forty patients with severe aortic regurge were
subjected to aortic valve repair surgery.
The aim of this study was to evaluate early outcomes of valve
preservation in patients with aortic valve repair and detect the predictors
of failure of aortic valve repair.
