المستخلص The current study aimed to know the effectiveness of Intensive reading strategy in developing reading achievement, speaking skill, and inclination towards Arabic culture among non-native Arabic learners. The nature of the study necessitated the use of the experimental approach (semi-experimental design) with two experimental and control groups, with two pre- and post- application tests for reading achievement, speaking, and inclination to Arabic culture. The researcher prepared the educational materials: Arabic Learners’ Handbook and the teacher’s guide, and the following measurement tools: an achievement test in reading, a speaking test, and a measure of inclination towards Arabic culture. In order to implement the study experiment, the study materials and tools were applied to the selected sample, whose number was (25) non-native Arabic learners from Senegal, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia at the Institute for Special Studies for Boys affiliated to the International and Foreign Students Education Development Center in Cairo. The current study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental and control group students in the post application of the achievement test in favor of the experimental group.
