In this study, we dealt with the criminal responsibility of the executives of commercial companies, and we dealt with the problems that arise on the occasion of the responsibility of these executives, through a comparative research method, and compared the French law with the Egyptian law. we have divided this study into two chapters preceded by an introductory chapter. in the introductory chapter, we dealt with those responsible for managing commercial companies. as for the first chapter, it is devoted to the general provisions of the criminal responsibility of the executive official, and we dealt with the provisions of the positive criminalization and the punishment for criminal responsibility, in order to clarify the general elements of criminalization and punishment. then we dealt with the provisions relating to the payment of responsibility before the criminal courts. as for the second chapter, it is devoted to the provisions relating to the crimes of executive officials of commercial companies. in it, we dealt with criminal liability arising from breach of trust, and then we have dealt with criminal liability arising from breach of company funds.
