Abstract
The presentations can be different, it can range from accidentally discovered renal duplication, recurrent febrile urinary tract infection (UTI), sepsis, failure to thrive in an infant or urinary incontinence.
A lot of management plans have been described in the management of the different presentations of renal duplication anomalies, ranging from just follow-up to total reconstruction and renal ablative surgery.
Selecting the most appropriate management plan for each case is the key to proper management of these cases.
