It has been suggested that curcumin has loads of useful residences as antimicrobial, anticancer, anti- nflammatory, and antioxidant. Current study sought to investigate the protective effects of curcumin in natural and nano forms against TAA-induced hepatic and renal toxicity in rats by measuring liver and kidney functions, antioxidant status, and DNA damage marker as well as proinflammatory cytokine TNF-α.. 60 male albino rats (Rattus norvigicus), each weighing 175±15 g, were provided by the National esearch Center in Giza, Egypt, for the current investigation. The Institutional Ethical committee for Animal Care and Use approved the study’s design (code: IACUCSCI- TU-0198.). Before the trial began, rats were kept at our Faculty’s animal house for a week.
