المستخلص This research aimed to examine the impact of creative leadership on achieving job security (applied study on the police sector in the United Arab Emirates), and the research community was represented in the workers in the police sector in the United Arab Emirates.) The sample size was 368 questionnaire forms, and the number of valid forms (321) was 87.4%. The researcher obtained several results, the most important of which was the presence of a significant correlation between creative leadership and job security at the level of significance (0.05), and there was a significant effect of all of the dimensions of creative leadership on the dimensions of job security at the level of significance (0.05). The researcher submitted a set of recommendations, most notably, importance of paying more attention to the work environment so that it is suitable to start moving towards the application of creative leadership, and to improve aspects of working life as a direct result of adopting the creative style of leadership. The researcher recommends that a creative leader be honored annually, provided that he is chosen by the higher leadership and who has the leadership qualities : (impartiality - the ability to make decisions - the ability to foresee the future - developing appropriate solutions to crises - the ability to solve problems and has instinct - Working in a team spirit - working on negotiation policy - the ability to develop methodologies for work - urging workers to develop and be creative - involving workers in decision-making - achieving job goals in a way that exceeds expectations - the ability to prepare a strategic line of action to achieve the priorities of the police sector - working to implement orders and instructions In terms of professional management - holding workshops for employees in the field of creative leadership). |
