المستخلص

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the rates of participation of the masses of companies in the electronic special events that they hold and their attitudes towards them, in addition to revealing the motives for the companies’ tendency towards organizing their electronic events. This study belongs to descriptive research; Both quantitative and qualitative; Through its reliance on the survey method, the study sample was represented by Banque Misr and Telecom Egypt as two examples of the pattern of government companies that organize electronic events, while the public sample is represented by an available sample of (400 respondents) of participants in electronic special events held by companies - Subject of the study - by relying on the questionnaire tool and the in-depth interview guide, the study concluded:
-There is a correlation between the public’s awareness of the institution’s activity intensity in organizing its own electronic events and the public’s attitudes towards it.
-There is a statistically significant relationship between the rates of companies organizing their electronic special events and the attitudes of customers and consumers towards the company.
-There is a correlation between the patterns of electronic special events that companies are keen to organize and the public’s attitudes towards them.
