Abstract Abstract: Objectives To determine if there is a positive correlation between IL-10 and Immunosuppressive CD14+HLA-DR Low/− Monocytes levels in B-cell NHL patients. Materials and methods This study was prospective case control study, conducted between 2019 and 2022, to asses if there is a positive correlation between IL-10 and Immunosuppressive CD14+HLA-DR Low/− Monocytes levels in B-cell NHL patients who were admitted to hematology unit of clinical pathology department, Ain Shams University Hospitals, with a new diagnosis of BNHL and Consent was taken from all patients. Results No significant relation between CD14+HLADR- monocytes and IL10 serum levels in B NHL patients with p value = 0.117, percentage of CD14+HLADR- monocytes as well as levels of serum IL10 showed significant difference between cases and controls, p value of 0.001 and <0.001 respectively. Conclusion Although we couldn’t detect a statistically significant positive correlation between CD14+HLADR- monocytes and IL-10 in BNHL, but both of them showed a striking elevation in BNHL patients than controls, leading us to consider these two markers of great value in hematological malignancies and more researches regarding different subtypes of hematological malignancies, other non- hematological malignancies and different laboratory parameters could be very beneficial in cancer research field.
