المستخلص The study aims to estimate the economic returns of the technological methods used in the production of grain crops. The results concluded that the application of the proposed varietal map and the generalization of the cultivation of high-yield improved seeds for the study crops leads to a reduction in the Egyptian grain import bill. The field study also showed that the use of high technological levels leads to a decrease in production costs, in addition to an increase in the value of indicators of economic efficiency for crop producers. It was also found that the generalization of the application of fifth-level technologies in the production of study crops in Sharkia Governorate leads to an increase in the value of the domestic product by about 2.88 billion pounds, and the provision of hard currency estimated at about 462 million dollars. Therefore, the study recommends the necessity of providing improved seeds with interest in developing high-yielding varieties, and generalizing the development of field irrigation in all the old lands. |
