المستخلص The study aims to identify the impact of organizational development on competitive advantage by applying to engineering consultancy offices, and the descriptive approach was used for its suitability to the nature of this study. The results were achieved through the application of some Analytical methods included in the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS), and the most important results of the research indicated: The existence of statistically significant correlation between the variables (organizational learning, transformational leadership, strategic action plans, employee empowerment) and competitive advantage. There is a significant and statistically significant effect of organizational development on the competitive advantage by applying to the engineering consultancy offices under study and research. There is a significant and statistically significant effect (for organizational learning, transformational leadership, strategic action plans, to empower employees) on the competitive advantage by applying to the engineering consultancy offices under study and research. There are no statistically significant differences in the respondents’ answers to all criteria according to (gender, academic qualification, years of experience). There are statistically significant differences in the answers of some of the respondents to these criteria, according to the job. The most important recommendations: the need to create a competitive advantage for engineering consultancy offices because it is the only way to survive and continue in a highly competitive environment, alsaengineering consultancy offices should improve their competitiveness and work to develop them constantly so that they do not fade with time and Conducting more research and studies on engineering consultancy offices and the possibility of benefiting from them by studying other variables not mentioned in this study. |
