Abstract
from March 2014 till September 2015, a clinical prospective randomized study was carried out to compare the outcome after drilling and autologous osteochondral transplantation. Patients were randomized to 2 groups and followed-up to determine the functional outcome. This study included 33 patients. Three of them had cystic lesions and were treated by autologous osteochondral transplantation. The remaining 30 patients were randomized to 2 groups each included 15 patients
