Abstract
In this study pleuropulmonary affection, cardiological manifestations and vascular involvement. MSCT imaging in the evaluation and diagnosis of patients with intra thoracic manifestations of SLE is central, being accurate and non invasive involved reviewing the MSCT results of 21 known SLE patients which were referred to the radiology department of Kasr Alainy. Using different parameters and techniques, we were able to detect wide spectrum of thoracic radiological manifestations of SLE including MSCT study on a bigger number of patients is recommended
