Abstract of the study in English
The study aims to identify the reasons that drive women to go out to work and to identify the problems that working women suffer from, whether within their family environment or the work environment, and the type of conflicts and problems that women experience within the family and within their place of work. The study also seeks to describe the family roles played by working women. And the extent to which this is affected by work outside the home, with the disclosure of the negative and positive effects that accrue to women as a result of their going out to work. Their number is (200), (100) from the countryside, and (100) from the urban area. The study found several results, the most important of which are: There is a relationship between women’s work and family upbringing, there is a relationship between women’s work and economic problems, and there is a relationship between women’s work and family conflict, and the existence of a relationship between women’s work and marital disputes. Most of the sample members of working women are centered around the age group (35-45), no The educational level of working women is university education, the marital status of most working women is married, the majority of working women in the sample work in the period from (3-6), most of the respondents are working women, the number of their children is (three), most of the respondents are working women who live in a separate house Most of the working women from the sample live in a king’s house. If a woman goes out to work, she suffers from psychological and physical exhaustion. If a woman goes out to work, it causes divorce. Women go out to work to help the husband. We leave the woman because of the increase in the family’s income. Women to work, women’s going out to work reduces their relationship and attachment to their children, working women’s going out to work causes problems with their husbands, women’s preoccupation with their home weakens their focus on work, as women have the ability to work, women’s work affects childbearing (pushes them to limit childbearing), the financial return that is given to women is weak Based on the findings of the researcher of the results of a field study, she recommends the following: The conditions of married working women must be understood and taken into account, the work environment must be created for women and their privacy taken into account, employers must Understanding the conditions of a married working woman and taking into account her health and social conditions, providing a nursery for the children of working women in order for the working woman to reassure her children, the state must consider annual and health leaves and increase their duration, more in-depth scientific studies of the impact of women leaving work on themselves and revealing the accompanying disorders in Role conflict between work and home, deepening the concept of women’s work and highlighting the importance of their role. This can be done by giving lectures to school and university students related to highlighting the role of work in the development of the country.
