Abstract of the study in English
The study aims to identify the reasons that drive women to go out to work and to identify the problems that working women suffer from, whether within their family environment or the work environment, and the type of conflicts and problems that women experience within the family and within their place of work. The study also seeks to describe the family roles played by working women. And the extent to which this is affected by work outside the home, with the disclosure of the negative and positive effects that accrue to women as a result of their going out to work. Their number is (200), (100) from the countryside, and (100) from the urban area. The study found several results, the most important of which are: There is a relationship between women’s work and family upbringing, there is a relationship between women’s work and economic problems, and there is a relationship between women’s work and family conflict, and the existence of a relationship between women’s work and marital disputes.
