Abstract
PrematureaEjaculationaisaaacommonasexualadysfunctionawhichaisa
prevalent in about 25-40% of men , imposing psychological and physical burden. BecauseaofathearisingainterestainaPE,aaabetteraunderstandingaofa
itsaepidemiologyahasabecomeaaamust.aUnfortunately,adeterminingathea
burdenaofathisasexualaproblemaisachallengingasinceathereaareanoastandarddefinitionsaandadiagnosticacriteriaathataareauniversallyaacknowledged.
Hyaluronicaacidaseemsatoabeaanaidealafillingasubstanceaforasoft-tissue Augmentationabecauseaitaisabiocompatible,anon-antigenic,anon-pyrogenic, non-inflammatory,anontoxic,aeasyatoause,astableaafterainjection, non-migratory, long-lasting but reabsorbable, natural looking and not too expensive.
SoathisastudyaaimedatoaimproveatheasexualafunctionaofapatientsawithaPrematureaEjaculationathroughatheasurgicalaintervention.
Theapresentastudyawasadesignedaasaanaexperimentalatrialathataincludedamaleapatientsawith PE. The participants were randomly divided to four different groups ; PatientsawithaPEawhoahadaHAafiller injection by the fan technique, PatientsawithaPEawhoahadaHAafillerainjection by the multiple puncture technique, PatientsawithaPEawhoahadaHAafiller injection by the two circular level technique and patients with PE who were injected with saline.
