Abstract The aim of the research is to study how to revitalize urban voids, achieve user’s needs, and integrate technological techniques with these spaces to re-market the city, and increase the economic income by combining theoretical results, empirical study and questionnaires, which generates a framework that helps planners and designers in developing spaces and maximizing its efficiency. Currently, rebranding is an important topic of discussion, and this may be the time to realize that following design elements, meeting the needs of society, and using technology will revive untapped spaces. |
