Abstract

Early screening for the occurrence of GDM can not only give early diagnostic approaches and reduce the incidence of GDM to avoid its negative outcomes but also, provide early preventive measures and implement early treatment methods. The aim of this study was to evaluate the ability of first trimester maternal serum afamin levels as a predictor for the occurrence of GDM in high risk susceptible women.
