Abstract
I had the privilege of studying the art of sculpture and it’s application in plastic surgery during my MD course at Ain shams university, which changed my vision and preception of beauty.
We usually refer to the faces pleasing to our eyes as beautiful. This is the mental impression we have about harmonious faces. We perceive facial features as attractive if there’s no eye catching deficiency in the face and in general the features relay to one another fluently.
Rhinoplasty is usually requested to improve the nasal appearance which the patients see as the major cause of their dissatisfaction about their faces. Most patients seeking rhinoplasty who have a retruded and/or small chin are often unaware of their problem, and the impact that their chin size and projection has on their nasal and facial appearance.
This was a Prospective study at Ain Shams University hospitals from December 2018 to June 2022 including patients presented to our clinic seeking rhinoplasty.
In our study we used the silver method and legan angle to assess chin projection. Both showed clinical significance in relationship with intervention in rhinoplasty patients by genioplasty. The difference in total facial convexity angle includes the nasal tip showed a clinical significance to the improvement of patient satisfaction.
The results are linked to patient satisfaction which can help in dictating better management routes in future cases, not only dependent on numerical measurements without going through patient counselling and feedback.
جمال الوجه هو التناسق والتباين في مظاهر الجمال الوجه عن طريق انسيابيه الانتقال من جزء لآخر ف الجمال يعني في المطلق التناغم والبساطه.
لا يوجد لوحه فنيه جميله تلفت نظر للرائي بشكل او لتفصيله غريبه في المجمل وكذلك الوجوه، التناسق يعني الجمال.
موضوع رسالتي عن تحسين الشكل الجانبي للوجه عن طريق اجراء تجميل الانف والذقن في نفس العمليه لتحقيق انسيابيه الوجه من البعد الجانبي.
وذلك لان من الشائع في المرضي الذين يرغبون في تجميل الانف ان يعانوا من مشاكل في الشكل خاصه في الجزء السفلى للوجه وتحديدا الذقن
من واجب الجراح الذي يفوق المريض بطبيعه الحال في التفكير بالعقليه الاجماليه ان يساعد المريض لاهميه التناسق وإصلاح عيوب الوجه ان كانت بالإمكان للحصول على مستوى أعلى من الجمال والرضا عن الذات، خصوصا ان الجراح هو من يرى المريض من الجانب وليس المريض نفسه، ف غالبا ما ينظر المريض لنفسه في المرأه من الامام فقط
