Abstract
Aim: To compare between CBCT and conventional radiography with apex locator in determination
of working length in curved root canals. In roots with curved canals, will using CBCT be comparable
with using conventional radiography and apex locator for working length determination?
Methodology: Working length of the root canal is determined on CBCT scan then during cleaning
and shaping of the canal working length is determined using conventional radiography and (Root ZX)
apex locator.
Results: No significant difference between the two methods (p value = 0.7)
