المستخلص The aim of the current research is to study the effect of teaching science for the STEM approach on the development of scientific concepts and generative thinking skills among second grade preparatory students. With pre and post measurement, where the experimental group studied the unit according to the STEM approach, and the control group studied the same unit in the usual way. Then the post application of the research tools, and the data were collected and processed statistically using the (T) test And addressing the size of the impact, the research concluded that teaching science according to the STEM approach had a significant impact on the development of scientific concepts and generative thinking skills among second year middle school students. This led the researcher to recommend the need to teach science to middle school students according to this approach. |
