Abstract
The SNPs ESR1 (rs2234693), CYP1B1 (rs1056836), IL-6 rs1800795, and IL-1A (rs1800587) showed significant Association with the development of EC. ER-α and CYP1B1 expressions were positively associated with clinicopathological parameters including the EC’s grade, histotype, and stage and were also associated with ESR1 (rs2234693) and CYP1B1 (rs1056836) genotypes. There were higher serum levels of both IL-6 and IL- 1A cytokines in the EC group than in the control group. Accordingly, the expressions of ER-α, CYP1B1, IL-6 and IL-1A may serve as diagnostic and prognostic factors predicting the development of EC.
