Abstract
Aini teaching hospitals, Faculty of medicine, Cairo university, for patients with breast cancer who were managed at the multi-disciplinary breast cancer tumor board during the period from January 2010 to December 2014 and were potential candidates for breast conservative surgery. And data collection was done by reviewing the archives of the Medical oncology department. The research was aimed to highlight the use of breast conservative surgery in early breast cancer, addressing the indications and contraindications, and study of the constraints and obstacles that has been encountered in patients fit for breast conservative therapy. In respect of different constraints in this study starting from the data collection, filling system and the variation of management options throughout the period of this study.
