The process of postural stability requires a search of many potential and interrelated factors in order to understand this important process. The vestibular system provides both static and dynamic position using the relationship with the head and gravity. The previous presentation shows the importance and need to treat and rehabilitate the knee joint after the injury of the frontal and frontal cruciate ligament of the knee, which is of particular importance to solve the problems of the athletes’ temporary or final departure from the stadiums, as well as the athletes to keep away from practicing their daily work, This problem and find ways to return quickly as close as possible to their natural condition before injury, especially after the new discovery of frontal ligament and the global change in the design of the design programs and stability.
The aim of this study is to study the effect of the postural stability program to rehabilitate the knee joint after surgical repair of ACL & ALL.
The researcher used the experimental method through the application of tribal and remote measurement on one group and the total number of the research sample (5) infected.
The most important results were: the lateral front ligament is an important stabilizer for internal rotation, especially when the knee flexion is greater than 35° and the front cruciate
ligament serves as the main resistor during the forward shift in all the flexing angles and during the internal rotation and at a flexion angle below 35
The most important recommendations: The need for further scientific studies dealing with morpholve articular ligaments of the human body, especially the joints of the knee joint.
