المستخلص The study aimed to explore level of occupational frustration tolerance ability، and correlation between occupational frustration tolerance ability and sense of coherence and emotion regulation, as well as investigated the possibility of prediction of occupational frustration tolerance ability from these variables among Teachers in Al Azhar Institutes, and to know the differences among the teachers in AlAzhar institutes in the three variables according to gender variable( males – females) ,The study sample consisted(475) teachers in Tahta administration (260) male (215) female( M age= 42,25 ,SD= 8,69). The study used the scale of ( occupational frustration tolerance ability- sense of coherence) which prepared by the researcher, the scale of language teacher emotion regulation inventory at workplace (LTERI) by Heydarnejad, et. al(2021) translated by the researcher. The result showed high level of occupational frustration tolerance ability among the study sample, and there were no statistically significant differences between males and females in the occupational frustration tolerance ability, sense of coherence, emotion regulation, and also indicated the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between The occupational frustration tolerance ability and both sense of coherence and emotion regulation), And that Sense of coherence and emotion regulation contributes (73.7%) of the variation in the ability of occupational frustration tolerance ability, and that emotion regulation is the best of the two variables in predicting of occupational frustration tolerance ability. |
