Abstract
All reagents in this research were analytical reagent grade. Ferric chloride, Ferrous chloride, Dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO), and MTT (3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazoliumbromide, atetrazole) were obtained from Fisher Scientific Company (England). ABTS (2, 2’-azino-bis (3 ethylbenzothaizoline-6-sulfonic acid)) and DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhy-drazyl) were purchased from Sigma Aldrich, N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylene di amine (NEDA), Sulphanil amide and Sodium nitrite were purchased from Bio-diagnostic (Egypt). Total antioxidant capacity (TAC), Apoptotic assay (BAX), Antiapoptotic assay (Bcl-2), ALT, AST, Albumin, globulin, CREAT, Urea, and Total Protein were purchased from Invitrogen, USA.
