المستخلص The current study aims to identify the impact of the application of total quality practices on the performance of workers in quick service restaurants, and this goal can be achieved by studying the following two objectives: 1- Learn about the application of total quality practices. 2- Paying attention to improving the performance of workers in quick service restaurants. To find out the extent of achieving the concept of total quality on the performance of workers in quick service restaurants to achieve this goal, the researcher designed a survey form that was distributed to a random sample of workers in some quick service restaurants in Mansoura city. The researcher analyzed the personal data, then analyzed the data placed related to the study axes, as well as calculating the arithmetic mean for all the study axes, then correlation and regression, where the study sample is located. Their consideration of the application of total quality practices on the performance of workers in quick service restaurants. The field study results showed that there are some negatives that affect the application of total quality practices on the performance of workers in quick service restaurants. The shortcomings that customers complain about regarding service quality, as well as the obstacles that hinder the communication process, must be addressed. |
