Ethical leadership is a topic of high importance, and contemporary organizations need leaders who act ethically, work to develop ethical behavior, and encourage employees to deal with such behavior in their daily work, in addition to preventing unethical behaviors and practices.This study aims to determine The Effect of Ethical Leadership on Creative Performance Behaviors and Applied to Mansoura College International Schools Staff.In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from Mansoura College International Schools. Sample size is 219, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data.Results of the study show that all services of Ethical Leadership are positively related with all dimensions of Creative Performance Behaviors.Also results show that services of Ethical Leadership (as independent variable) have a significant effect on all dimensions of Creative Performance Behaviors (as dependent variable).The study also found that there were no significant differences between the opinions of the workers at Mansoura College International Schools about the variables of the study according to the demographic variables (gender, age, qualification).
