Abstract
As the world grows in technology, demand of higher data rates increases. LTE and LTE-Advanced systems offer high data rates with low latencies. Some technologies used in LTE and LTE-Advanced systems depend on transmitting data symbols using MM-Wave to utilize the spectrum better. And othersTechniques use Massive MIMO diversity. One of the main operations is the precoding scheme where data symbols pass by a pre-filter to be ordered and MUI interference mitigated. The work and study done in this thesis targets the performance of various precoding techniquesin terms of system capacity and achievable sum rate alongside with the BER behavior of the different schemes. The proposed hybrid precoding techniqueoffered better performance than the other schemes proposed in various research papers
