Abstract The management of sinonasal polyps presents a difficult challenge for the contemporary otorhinolaryngologist. Although surgical treatment may be needed when the bulk of polyps is excessive, medical therapy can be used to manage cases successfully. The corticosteroids with its potent anti-inflammatory effect remained the mainstay in the medical treatment of such disease |
