Abstract
The morphometric study of the menisci is vital in clinical application. Meniscal transplantation is required in cases of sever meniscal loss. The accurate sizing of the allograph is critical for successful transplantation. The aim of this work was to study the shape and the anatomical parameters of the menisci in Egyptians both in cadavers and MRI and to determine if there is sex difference
